Health Force Ontario - Expanded Data Collection

The allied health regulatory Colleges will be collecting personal information about their members, including basic demographic, geographic, education and employment information, and providing this information to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. This collection of personal information is authorized under section 36.1 of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991. The Ministry will use and may disclose this information only for health human resources planning.
