The Jurisprudence Education Module is comprised of a comprehensive Online Course that can be completed at your own pace and an Examination.

If you are currently registered with the CDHO then you can log into the examination with your Registration ID and a Password of your birth date in the format of;

Birth Date:  YYYYMMDD
  (single digit months and days must be preceded by '0'
    e.g. May 9, 1972 would be 19720509 )

If you are NOT currently registered with the CDHO then click below to apply to access the examination and pay the non-refundable $75.00 Application Fee.

After completion of your application you will be given an ID and password to log into the Online Examination.
