| Professional Practice The College develops and sets the standards and guidelines that support dental hygienists in providing safe, ethical care for all Ontarians. Dental hygienists are responsible for practising in accordance with the Standards of Practice. In addition, the CDHO supports registrants in continuous knowledge building through our practice advisors, the Registrants’ Handbook, Milestones and the Knowledge Network. The College’s Quality Assurance Program, in which all registrants participate, contributes to excellence in practice and encourages continuous learning. |
