The Clinical Competency Evaluations for Aug 20, 21, & 22 are now full.  Email confirmations will be sent out shortly.

The next Clinical Competency Evaluations is scheduled for November 27 & 28, 2010 at George Brown College.

       
You will need the following documents to include with your application:
Notarized copies of your NDHCB certificate and your College diploma as well as proof of liability insurance coverage.
